Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We're here to help you with your exchanges or returns.  All shipping charges on returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be prepaid. There is no charge for the return of defective items. Please note that our sizing information is a guideline and do not guarantee fit.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of shipment. There is an exchange and reshipment charge of $6.00.  Please note exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to process. If your exchange is time sensitive, please call us at 1.818.348.4488.

RETURNS

All returns for a refund must be made within 30 days of shipment. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED

All undergarments, tights, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.

PRODUCT CONDITION

•All items must be unworn and in their original resalable packaging with tags attached.

•Laundered items cannot be returned.

•Shoes must not be worn and must be returned in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes if possible.

Ballet/Pointe/Jazz Shoes: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before putting them into the new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight, or your feet are damp. We suggest you lay down a towel before trying them on. Shoes soil easily and the satin on the pointe shoes become scratched and marred easily.

Tap Shoes/Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only. The taps scratch easily and would therefore be non-returnable.

Please do not wear any shoes for class, outdoors, or for any length of time if you plan to return them.
