SHIPPING TIME & METHODS

PROCESSING TIME

•Internet Orders: Internet orders are processed M-F (excluding U.S. Holidays when we are closed). Depending on the time your order is placed, and we have the item(s) in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will generally ship on Monday. 

Once an internet order is placed, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel the order. If you have questions regarding your internet order, please email info@capeziodanceshop.com or call us at 1.818.348.4488 prior to placing your order during regular business hours. M-SA – 10am-6pm PST.

•Phone In Orders: Phone in orders can only be placed during our regular business hours. Most orders, for in stock items, will leave our facility within 24 hours.  

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard shipping is free of charge. Smaller items will generally be shipped via USPS, and larger items shipped UPS. If your order is time sensitive, please call us at 1.818.348.4488 during our regular business hours, email us, or leave a comment in the order comments box in the check-out section of the website for internet orders. There will be a shipping charge for UPS 1-3 Day Air orders. Price is determined by destination, weight and dimensions of package.

•USPS First Class Mail (3-7 Business Days for Delivery-USA).

•USPS Priority Mail (2-5 Business Days-USA)

USPS delivers packages Mon.-Sat. excluding federal holidays. Tracking information is not available.

•UPS Ground (2-7 Business Days for Delivery-USA).

Tracking information is available and will be provided. 

•Air (2-3 Business Days)       •Expedited Air (1-2 Business Days)

Charges will apply. UPS is normally used for this shipping method. Tracking information is available and will be provided. 

•International

International orders will be sent via USPS. Shipping times vary upon destination. There is a $15.00 flat fee for the first item and $4.00 each additional item. Tracking is available.

Additional fees or duties may apply based on each country's import requirements.
