Orders with in-stock items typically ship within 24-48hrs. Orders placed on the weekend generally ship the following Monday.

All returns for exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn and in their original, resalable packaging with tags attached. Discontinued items and clearance merchandise are final sale.

Orders over $200- Special Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued up to $200. Any remaining funds on eligible returns will be resolved through an exchange or store credit only.
  • If a label is provided through Capezio Dance Shop, the consumer will be refunded once the merchandise is received, minus the shipping charges.
  • Exception: Return shipping charges will be covered by Capezio Dance Shop for items that arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
