We are re-opening

3/4/22 In accordance with County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health Orders, masks are strongly recommended but no longer required for all persons, regardless of vaccination status.

7/17/21 Due to increased transmission L.A. County has reinstated mask mandates, regardless of vaccination status. Therefore, a properly worn mask is required inside the store. Capezio Dance Shop's Covid protocols will continue to be the same until Cal/OSHA changes the requirements. Thank you for understanding and we are excited, along with you, to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

As of June 17th, 2020 we began re-opening CAPEZIO DANCE SHOP. We have been working hard to ensure state and county guidelines are met in order to provide you a safe shopping experience, putting the well-being of our customers and staff first. Thank you for your continued support and #shopsmall loyalty during this time. Things may be a little different but we are so excited to serve you and help with all of your dance supply needs once again.

What we are doing to create a safe shopping environment:
  1. Adjusted hours and staff schedule
  2. All staff will be wearing face masks 
  3. We will be practicing social distancing throughout the store, and employees have been instructed to maintain at least 6' distance from customers except when necessary to accept payment or deliver goods and services like required fittings
  4. Frequent cleaning of the store and all common areas
  5. Tried on apparel will be pulled and aired out for at least 24 hours

​What we are asking of you:
  1. As of 3/4/22 in accordance with L.A. County Health Orders, masks are recommended but no longer required.
  2. Please practice social distancing while inside.
  3. Due to social distancing, please keep in-store visitors solely to persons needing fit and their guardian, when needed. No additional visitors at this time (this means no brothers, sisters, grandmas, grandpas, neighbors, toddlers, and friends to the extent possible).
  4. Customers arriving with children must ensure that their children stay next to a parent at all times and avoid touching any other persons or items that do not belong to them
  5. When possible use debit/credit/contactless or Apple Pay at checkout

Pointe Shoe Fittings by appointment only:
No group fittings, at this time, and only persons needing fit and their guardians/drivers, as needed, allowed in-store, no additional visitors.

Yes. In accordance with LA County Health mandates, we require properly worn, face masks/coverings at all times when shopping, for the safety of our staff and customers, even if you're fully vaccinated. Face masks may be available to customers on a need/supply basis.
I don't feel comfortable shopping in-store or my purchase doesn't require an in-person visit. What are my options?

We have a group pointe shoe fitting, but you're not holding group fittings. How do we get our shoes?
While we cannot schedule group fittings at this time, due to social distancing measures, we are still taking individual pointe shoe fittings by appointment. Simply schedule your fits with us individually rather than as a party.
What is capezio dance shop doing to keep customers and associates safe?
We are re-opening in phases while implementing adjusted hours and staff schedules, and updated cleaning practices. We are and will continue following the guidance of federal, state, and local health organizations during this time.
