Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment.

All returns for a refund must be made within 30 days of shipment. Refunds apply to merchandise only - shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note: Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process
Undergarments, tights, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc), discontinued items, and clearance merchandise may not be returned for an exchange or refund; unless received defective or incorrect item(s)
